Phong Nha – Khe Bang National Park Tour

Phong Nha – Ke Bang National Park, recognized as a world heritage site by UNESCO, is known for its bio-diversity, with the highest number of animals and plants on earth. The Phong Nha-Ke Bang grotto system is recognized as the most beautiful and longest water-grotto system in the world.



Day 1: Hue – DMZ – Phong Nha

Morning – depart for Quang Binh province on highway 1A. On the way, we will visit Long Hung Church Ruins, Hien Luong Bridge and Ben Hai River (17th Parallel). Then, we will have a chance to see how the Vietnamese people survived the American War with a visit to Vinh Moc Tunnels – known as ‘’ The Underground City’’ during the war. After that we go to Phong Nha National Park.

Overnight stay at a simple hotel in the area. Free at night to enjoy and relax.

Day 2: Phong Nha Cave – Dong Ha City or Hue City

Morning – before breakfast, visit the forest to enjoy the chirping birds.  Return to the hotel for breakfast then take a boat trip along the Son River to discover the beauty of Phong Nha Cave (Water Cave). Visit the biggest cave system in Vietnam, including Bi Ky Cave and Cung Dinh Cave. Continue to Tien Son Cave (Dry Cave) to view the Phong Nha – Ke Bang grotto system mountain.

Return to Phong Nha wharf for late lunch before the drive back to Hue or Dong Ha.
